If you decide to swap your photo, no worries! We can cancel your order so you can reorder with the correct image.

A quick heads-up: We can't take responsibility if you don't double-check your photos before buying. Unfortunately, we don't have access to the original image for comparison. Make sure your image is clear and not blurry or low-resolution before placing your order.

Just to clarify, we're not experts in photo editing. We simply print the images you provide without making any edits.

• Please upload a high-quality image that's centred and doesn't have faces near the edges. Otherwise, they might not fit well.

• Keep in mind that there might be a 1cm loss of the photo due to the printing process. If faces are cut off, that's beyond our control. Make sure your picture is centred.

• Your uploaded photos might be showcased on our social media. If you prefer not to share them there, please let us know.

• For a black and white product, make sure to upload a black and white image.

• If you're using an old photo, be aware that the pixel quality might be lower. Consider this when selecting your image.

• The final photo's quality and colours might vary slightly from what you see on screen. This is due to the transfer process, and it's important to note that these variations are part of the nature of the product. They still make fantastic gifts!

The product is delicate as it's made of slate. You'll receive the photo slate and two "feet" to help it stand.

Remember, natural slate can have imperfections, lumps, surface marks, and minor scuffs. These are normal characteristics of the material.
